Cancellation questions

Can I cancel my ETIAS application?+

Often yes โ€” especially if your application is still in our internal queue and hasn't been forwarded yet. The sooner you reach out, the easier it is to stop further work.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?+

Cancellation and refund are two separate things. Our preparation fee can often be refunded if you cancel early; the standard ETIAS amount can't be refunded once the application has been forwarded.

What if my application has already been forwarded?+

We may not be able to recall it from the authorities at that point. Still, please get in touch โ€” a real person will look at your file and explain what options remain.

How do I actually cancel?+

Send a short email from the inbox you used when you started, mention your name and reference, and tell us briefly why. That's all we need to begin.

How long does cancellation take?+

We reply within 24 hours in most cases. If the situation is urgent, mention your travel date in the subject line so we can prioritise.

What happens to my data after cancellation?+

We keep it only as long as needed to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your details earlier and we'll take care of it.
