What you pay us to help you. This is the part we can usually refund if you reach out before your application is forwarded.

The amount tied to the application itself. Once an application has been forwarded for processing, this part can't be refunded.

When refunds apply

A quick side-by-side

Usually refundable

  • Your application hasn't been forwarded yet.
  • You ask within a reasonable time after paying.
  • Your trip changed, was cancelled, or you no longer need the authorisation.
  • You'd simply like to think it over a bit longer.

Usually not refundable

  • The application has already been processed.
  • Inaccurate details were submitted knowingly.
  • A denial happened for reasons outside our control.
  • The standard ETIAS amount, once forwarded.
