How do I request a change to my application?+

Send a friendly email from the address you used when you started your application. Tell us which field needs updating and the correct value โ€” we'll take it from there.

Which details can I update?+

Small details like spelling fixes, a new contact email, or non-binding travel info can usually be updated. Passport number, legal name, date of birth, and nationality changes require a fresh application.

My passport just changed โ€” what do I do?+

A new passport means the authorisation needs to be re-linked, so please plan to start a new application. Drop us a note and we'll guide you through it gently.

How quickly are changes applied?+

Most simple updates are handled within a working day. If your trip is coming up soon, mention the date and we'll prioritise it where we can.

Will you ever ask for sensitive info by email?+

Never. We'll never ask for full card numbers or one-time codes. Anything sensitive happens inside our secure forms โ€” not over email.

What if I'm not sure whether I need a change or a new application?+
