Only the travel details we actually need to help prepare your ETIAS — things like your name, date of birth, passport details, contact email, and a few questions about your trip. If a field isn't useful to your application, we don't ask for it.

Your details are used to prepare and human-review your application, keep you updated by email, and reply when you reach out for help. That's it — we don't sell your data, and we don't pass it around for marketing.

Who sees your data

Only our internal review team and the trusted processing partners needed to move your application forward. Anyone handling traveller details on our behalf is held to the same care standards we hold ourselves to.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as it's useful for your trip or required by law. After that, it's removed. You can also ask us to delete your details earlier and we'll take care of it.

Your information travels over encrypted connections and sits behind strict internal access controls. Only team members who need to see your file to help you can open it.
